(12 Nov 2006) I'm just concluding my 10th liver flush as I write this. I and my parkinsons disease diagnosed 82 year old grandmother did a 2 day apple juice fast and used epsom salts last night 1 hour before taking the virgin olive oil and grapefruit combination.

For documentation purposes, this is how my right leg and my face look today November 8, 2006 at around 10 am.

(06 November 2006) I took on the editors at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eczema to prod the way these editors think. What is obvious is these people are zombie slaves who parrot whoever seems to have "high standards of verifiability from reliable sources." They parrot reliably FALSE information.

(06 Nov 2006) I was lucky to stumble upon one of Dr. Hulda Clark's books in the local book store, The Cure for All Cancers. It is an Indian reprint 1999. Great stuff. New info for me, especially regarding parasites, cleaning up your home environment and many other details.

I again revisited Shirley's Wellness cafe to check on how she was able to finally solve her eczema problem. She mentions amazing results from omega 3 supplementation using flaxseed oil. I immediately recommended this to my brother.

How would I have handled my eczema which started back then in early 2005 if I knew then what I know now?

(12 Oct 06) After that grueling eczema fight, my journey to ultimate fitness continues.

I just finished my 7th and final colon hydrotherapy session. Some white stuff (probably yeast) and some black stuff (old sh*t) but mostly brown and yellow stuff.

What is next and why am I doing this?

- More monthly liver flushes until all stones have disappeared.
- A simplified nutrition plan
- An exercise program I enjoy
- An earlier sleeping schedule (I usually sleep by 12mn, I must learn to sleep by 10pm)

My brother who has been suffering from skin dryness / psoriasis / eczema then lately full body acne. (3 Oct 06) I just formulated a new nutrition plan to combat eczema and improve overall wellness. For myself, for my 2nd son, and for my brother.

It is a good thing I kept in mind the curezone recommendation. If you are sick with some debilitating disease, you have to do at least 10 liver flushes.

This 9th flush resulted in the ejection of quite a good number of black liver stones.

My 6th colon hydrotherapy session resulted in a few white stuff ejected and a seemingly clean colon.

Dr. Gallego’s regular colon hydrotherapy package comes in 5 sessions. Special enzyme packs are to be ingested a few days prior to each session.

I finished the gruelling 5 sessions. Each session a little less painful than the others. We are talking major diarrhea episodes every minute! And with 60 minutes per session, that is a lot. Kudos to those who feel relaxed during their sessions. I do not. But, no pain no gain.

Here is a press release I made to tell everyone, especially the skeptics, of how I cured my eczema.

I just concluded my 8th liver flush today with the usual apple juice fasting for two days this time using Harvey Crushed Apple Juice from Australia and Ceres Apple Juice from South Africe. I used Bertoli extra virgin olive oil from Italy and fresh lemons from I do not know where.

(01 July 06) Now that I am 100% well from my eczema problem, it is time for me to look back with a new wisdom and discuss just what my eczema was all about.

My eczema was not a disease. Read that again folks. Eczema is NOT a disease.

My Eczema was a mere SYMPTOM of something more dire inside.

This 7th liver flush was also done using the same methodology as the 6th liver flush. Using apple juice, olive oil and grape fruit.

This time, I expelled at least 10 black liver stones.

Finally, the long wait is over. From the skin point of view, I am 100% well. My hair has grown, my skin lines have been restored, ZERO itches, ZERO ooze, ZERO "bubbles."

As scheduled, I had accomplished my 6th out of 10 liver flushes; this time using 1 and 1/2 grapefruit instead of 3 lemons combined with 4 oz of extra virgin olive oil.
