(23 Feb 2008) According to Gray's Anatomy, the nervous system is the master system in the body and controls and coordinates all other systems such as respiratory, digestive, muscular, immune and so forth. The nervous system includes the brain, spinal cord, the spinal nerves that exit the vertebral column through openings on the sides of each vertebra, and all the peripheral nerves that branch off to serve organs, tissues, blood vessels, muscles etcetera. Information from the environment, both external and internal, goes through the spine to get to the brain. In the same manner, information and decisions made in the brain go through the spine to effect certain outcomes. It is a two-way flow of information.

(21 Feb 2008) I reported June 27 last year that our little girl had eczema on her left ear. Now at 3 years old, Tash is eczema free. I will tell you how we did it.

(30 Jan 2008) Bugoy dropped by the house tonight to pick up a computer cable. I haven't seen him for a month. He smiled better, seemed smoother and chubbier. A new belly growth is a sure sign of eating a lot of grains though.

(25 Jan 2008) Suppressing the immune system in cases of eczema and psoriasis is dead wrong. It should never be done. It gives a false sense of relief. It aggravates the unhealthy situation of the victim.

(25 January 2008) It's okay to scratch an itch. No sense in torturing yourself not to. Your body generates the itch because it needs to expel those toxins, whatever they are. Fingernails were meant to scratch. It is how you scratch that matters.

(15 January 2008) I discovered that the EDSA Central Bus Terminal before the Trinoma Mall is a great place to buy fresh goats! There are five or six goat stalls there in that one terminal, all side by side, interleaved with canteens that serve all goat dishes. Goat heaven for goat lovers. You can buy any goat part you want, freshly slaughtered in the morning or right in front of you. You can buy live goats too.

(11 Jan 2008) Some of my readers here might be wonder where I get some of my ideas for eating raw animal meat. There is my personal observations, local folk knowledge and there are my readings. On the internet you can read the full spectrum of raw foodists, not just the vocal raw vegans and fruitarians. There are the ones who advocate an all raw meat diet and there are the many more people in between. These are the raw paleolithic diet people, a broad spectrum. In it I can see the Wai Diet, there’s Carol Alt the model, and there is Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

(10 Jan 2008) I would like to clarify my opinion that I believe raw food is the optimal food for humans. That raw food for me is raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw nuts, raw eggs, raw milk, raw meat, raw fish. I subscribe to the notion as an engineer problem solver... to do whatever works... and everyone's needs are different... as long as they are raw and tastes delicious!!!

Raw food is the backbone of the Eczema and Psoriasis Cure Protocol.

Do you prefer watching movies rather than reading books? I know I do sometimes.
