(06 Jan 2008) Another good samaritan I discovered on the web. Shelly Keck-Borsits suffered from incureable diseases (according to the no good doctors in her country). She found out the truth and found her cure. Of course. There is no such thing as incureable. Incureable is a big fat $$$ money making lie.

(06 Jan 2008) I'm new to this raw food eating. I've tried several raw food diets: raw vegan, pure fruitarian, now fruitarian + raw fish and raw eggs (Wai Diet). Some of you may be thinking if it is necessary to go raw to be healed.

(02 Jan 2008) Let me be clear regarding the criticisms against raw food eating. The critics all point to raw veganism, which I criticize myself. I must be clear in my message that the raw food diet I promote is Fruitarianism. A majority or raw fruit. We don't need grains, nor vegetables, we need fruit.

(02 Jan 2008) Tomatoes are evil. Funny. There actually is a website that says www.tomatoesareevil.com. And to be nightshade free is to be pain free. If you have read my January 2008 Eczema and Psoriasis Cure Protocol you would have read there that I do not recommend vegetables. Nightshades are a blatant reason why.

(15 Dec 2007) A post office pick up notice arrived last week. Was I getting a gift? I don't remembering order anything. I came to the post office expecting a gift. I was surprised when a book from Amazon came. I had forgotten I had ordered Dr. John Pagano's Healing Psoriasis book. Ah, a Christmas gift for myself and for my website readers. Also for Bugoy.

(10 Dec 2007) Bugoy went back to work again. Ready and raring to abuse himself silly... again. I know he *thinks* he is fine. I beg to differ. I want him to rest. But he does not.

(04 & 05 Dec 2007) I just came back from a family vacation out of town and immediately from the airport I passed by Bugoy to see how his current healing crisis panned out.

Bugoy grew pimples before I left for a vacation, these pimples eventually grew all over his body. It was a freak show. I'm glad I was out of town. As it seems the whole body was pushing poisons out. Most scabs have fallen off and there is pink white new skin underneath. I told Bugoy this would not be the last healing crisis. Expect more healing crisis like this one. So many years of lotions and bad pharmaceutical medicines.

(05 Dec 2007) A few months ago I tried a 90% raw primarily of vegetables mixed to make palatable, so I have something to compare with. I felt great with that diet.

Before being fruitarian I've been vegan. Some cooked, some raw, some fruits.

I'm now into 1 month of fruitarianism which includes 14 days of orange juice and coconut juice fasting / feasting.

(26 Nov 2007) Bugoy is tired, cold, and riddled with new pimples on both his left and right arms. He says he is constipated and passed by around 10:30 pm to drink 1/2 cup of Dr. Tam's Miracle Tea because he doesn't have a refrigerator yet in his new apartment.
