(16 October 2007) I sent Manang Lorna the Herbalist home. She has done her part. The September crisis is finished. Bugoy says he feels better internally.

Now we are on the offensive. Years of damage has been done and now we will attempt to reverse all the damage. The following is a comprehensive strategy I've come up with for Bugoy.

(04 Oct 07) I stumbled upon another fellow happy sharing health truth seeker. This time a young lady student who is into fashion modeling and acting who was afflicted with symptoms described as psoriasis.

(02 Oct 2007) I was busy the past month of September 2007 attending to my brother Bugoy who came down hard with what seemed like a health breakdown.

(16 Sept 2007) The past week and probably until the end of September I am busy attending to my brother Bugoy who has finally undergone a 3rd healing crisis that will probably finally wind up curing him. This is our chance. Seize the opportunity.

(01) Last Thursday evening I called up Bugoy to walk up from the train station and join me in the Castech office for him to learn about the EMC PH Drops so it can help him with his psoriasis.

(01 Sep 07) I hired my 29 year old cousin to be our company driver. Turns out he was developing eczema on his right arm. Then last thursday it turned ugly and starting spewing pus. Plus he felt his lymph nodes under his arm and at the right side of his chest swell and he became feverish.

(01 Sep 07) I've embarked on a real yogurt cure approach for leaky gut. I thought it would be better to use live beneficial bacteria from home made live yogurt first and then then take those reputed OMX probiotics capsules made in Japan.

(29 August 2007) I saw Bugoy a few days ago and his Psoriasis was flaring up again and he’s beginning to turn red all over his body. I keep telling that boy to fix his diet. He never did. And I have a feeling it is worse than I could ever imagine. Veggie-less meals. Or 1 meal with a tiny piece of cooked dead vegetable. Gross. Last night we met and landed at a popular fast food chain. The least damaging junk I could stomach there would have been a hot chocolate. But the counter said they only serve it for breakfast. So I did not order a thing. All junk. All bad food combinations. But Bugoy, he said he was hungry and ordered a spaghetti. Gross. Artificial flavor, artificial color, processed cheap ground beef, pasta made from flour that sticks on the walls of your colon, bad food combination, meat and starch. Civilized stupidity.

(22 August 2007) I was pleased to see the About Eczema page in Curezone was updated. I really don't know when it was updated but what was new was the About Eczema section on top. I know it is new from my point of view because when I was still sick I used to view that page very often. (22 August 2007) I met up with Bugoy at lunchtime. He was dead tired. Said he could not sleep last night because of bad itching. He said it was caused by his eating of ice cream.

(19 Aug 2007) I stumbled onto a very interesting discussion on why psoriasis is a choice. The original poster said psoriasis is a choice simply because matter of fact, many psoriasis cure books and albeit hard to find websites have always outlined psoriasis cures but still many psoriasis sufferers REFUSE to do the cure protocols because they find them INCONVENIENT! Unbelievable, but oh so common.

(12 August 2007) Bugoy has been diagnosed and suffering from Psoriasis for ever so long, 15 years? Bugoy was finally able to accomplish his very first virgin coconut oil detox which began Saturday morning and ended this Sunday evening.

(11 August 2007) My wife and I had a fine lunch at the Pink Kitchen (a benefit food festival) at the Rockwell Tent. Highlight of the event for us was The Farm at San Benito. That was the real reason we were there. If we can't afford a live in retreat at The Farm, at least we can eat their food.

(06 August 2007) This is a curezone forum reply I made today in response to a post in the eczema forum. It just inspired me to write on the spot. I hope someone appreciates this for now as my business schedule is getting to be pretty tight.

(05 August 2007) I had planned for a 3 day virgin coconut oil detox but I lasted only for 1 day this time. Maybe it was because I was dehydrated upon sleeping. And I started too late while waiting for Bugoy to show up.

(31 July 2007) I stumbled upon a very old website called www.nutri-notes.com and a 1998 newsletter shows a thorough discussion of leaky gut and everything that can help cure leaky gut. Quick! Click the link, print it out, save it as a PDF, email it to yourself. Old websites like these may just expire and disappear from the internet.

(31 July 2007) My 2 reverse osmosis machines arrived today. I ordered direct from Dan Li the importer. He says these machines can deliver water with readings of only 1 or 2 Total Dissolved Solids.

(30 July 2007) My brother Bugoy does 4th liver flush. Oh happy day. He says that he expelled not as many stones as before, but still quite a lot. About a hundred small ones and a few big ones.
