Eczema Cure Protocol in Manila, Philippines
|

(Updated 03 Sep 07) This is my eczema cure protocol specifically made for those who live in Metro Manila, Philippines. I will be constantly updating this page. Correcting and adding. If you live in another country, the concepts are the same, just substitute what you can get in your country.

Cleansing
Lower Colon Cleanse:
Dr. Tam's Miracle Tea, 10 day program of ½ cup per night. Cost P 1500 / 1 liter bottle
Kidney Cleanse:
Avocado Leaves Tea, 10 day program 2 liters per day. Cost Free.
Buko juice, pink recommended, first thing in the morning.
Eat lots of watermelon (pakwan).
Liver Flush:
1 liter of apple juice (Harvey Fresh) everyday for 1 week. Cost: P 60 / liter
Hulda Clark Liver Flush at the weekend. Cost: 200 to 300 pesos per flush.
Repeat 10 times minimum spaced 2 to 4 weeks apart.
Leaky Gut Cure / small intestines / candida cleanse
3 to 7 day Virgin Coconut Oil Detox / Fasting repeat 2 to 3 times spaced 1 week apart
1/3 to ½ pint per day on empty stomach in the morning Real Live Yogurt (not commercial), make your own or order from Dr. Juice in Makati. Do this for 2 weeks. Cost P 160 / pint.
OMX probiotic capsules CHEW 2 to 4 capsules per day to repopulate gut with beneficial bacteria. Do this for 2 weeks. Cost: P 50 per capsule.
Order PepZin GI aka Zinc-Carnosine over the internet and do that protocol with the MSM and Biotin combination. Finish in 60 days.
Lung Cleansing: Get an appointment at GCUhealingarts.com, look for Doc Gerry Francisco. Accupressure and steam bathing will remove deep stored mucus mechanically. Get their Dynatonic and finish one big bottle to clean remaining mucus.
Dental Cleanse: See bio-dentist. Remove amalgams. Remove Root Canals. See Dr. Gaba or Dr. Chavez. Remove all metals in the mouth.
Parasite Cleanse: from Humaworm.com order by mail. Or Vitaklenz from Australia, available at Dr. Austria's office. Order a Hulda Clark Zapper made by Bob McKenzie. Order from Tess Mendoza.
Nutrition / PH Balance
Water Cure: 2 liters of reverse osmosis water everyday plus ½ teaspoon of rock salt in food.
fruit only for breakfast or no breakfast. Make sure you poop in the morning.
Anti-cancer diet. Live, raw, organic vegetables and fruits 80 to 90% alkaline diet. Learn from Dr. Tam Mateo's seminar. No meat. No sugar. No junk food. See book PH Miracle for the principles.
Supplement with PH drops from EMC. Add 5 to 8 drops in ½ cup of water. Do this morning and afternoon. When well, go down to 2 drops. Cost P 380 / vial good for 350 drops. Order from Tess Mendoza
Take a bath in no chlorine water. Let water stand in pail overnight for chlorine to evaporate. If you have a filter, better.
Take 2 to 4 tablespoons of VCO per day. See the book Coconut Cures.
6 capsules of Fish Oil or Flaxseed Oil per day. See book PH Miracle
Juicing over vitamin supplements. Raw carrot juice, 1 cup per day everyday for 2 weeks. See other juices in the books by Meyerowitz
Foods to avoid: All nightshade vegetables – tomato, potato, bell peppers, eggplant
Substitute mongo sprouts for 50% of your remaining rice which should be organic brown. Organic brown rice P 28/kilo at Tiendesitas C5 cor Ortigas Ave.
Pollution Avoidance
No make up, no personal care products, no soap, no shampoo during crisis. When better, you can use soap and shampoo as long as there is no SLS.
Do not use fabric softener in washing clothes.
More fresh air, especially at night when sleeping, open all windows.
No pharmaceutical drugs. No pharmaceutical drugs. No pharmaceutical drugs.
No soy. No taho, no tofu, no tvp.
If you can't eat it. Don't put it on your skin. You can't eat petroleum jelly, so do not use it to moisturize your skin. Use VCO instead.
No alcoholic beverage.
No isopropyl alcohol.
No anti-bacterial soap.
No chemicals.

Naturopathic Basics
30 minutes of sunlight a day

Chiropractic adjustments, my Chiro is Dr. Brush at Valle Verde Country Club.
Rest: Sleep before 10pm everyday.
Exercise. Enroll in a gym program or any activity you like and sweat.
