The Blood Type Diet - Chicken, Corn, Tomatoes and Blood Type B
|
|
Note to all: This is my old personal story trying to discover how eczemas work. Now that I know better, I suggest you follow the CURE PROTOCOL section of this website.
During this time that my blood toxicity was still such that my eczema was still flowing from time to time, this gave me the chance to test which foods or creams were toxic to my blood.

The Blood Type Diet Book
|
I was lucky for the prayers and concern of Sister Pilar Verzosa of Pro-Life Philippines for lending me her book: "The Blood Type Diet" by J D' Adamo.
I curiously found out that my being blood type B, my favorite and most common foods were the ones that were bad for me. Adding to my blood toxicity. I loved chicken, corn and tomatoes... and these were the worst offenders for my blood type.
At this stage of my body it was easy for me to test because I had my right leg eczema as a window to test the different foods I ate. Voila! The blood type diet book was correct! Chicken was the worst offender.
My surprise craving for goat meat.
In the course of my healing and driving to the provinces, I noticed an unusual craving for goat meat. Goat was a very uncommon meat to come by in metro manila restaurants, but I see it quite often enough on the road in the provinces. And I had a craving for goat meat. Every chance I got when I drove out, I ate goat.

The blood type diet says that goat meat is beneficial to blood type B. More than beneficial, it was medicinal. That was the reason I craved for goat meat. My body was looking for it. Just like a pregnant woman has cravings for foods her body needed.
I added the blood type diet book to my guide of foods to eat. I also added elements of the Maker's Diet in my personal guide. I no longer eat chicken, corn or tomatoes. I have stricken out shellfish, shrimps and crabs as they have high amounts of toxins. I added goat meat, goat innards and bile soup to our regular meats.
