I discovered that the EDSA Central Bus Terminal before the Trinoma Mall is a great place to buy fresh goats! There are five or six goat stalls there in that one terminal, all side by side, interleaved with canteens that serve all goat dishes. Goat heaven for goat lovers. You can buy any goat part you want, freshly slaughtered in the morning or right in front of you. You can buy live goats too.

Some of my readers here might be wonder where I get some of my ideas for eating raw animal meat. There is my personal observations, local folk knowledge and there are my readings. On the internet you can read the full spectrum of raw foodists, not just the vocal raw vegans and fruitarians. There are the ones who advocate an all raw meat diet and there are the many more people in between. These are the raw paleolithic diet people, a broad spectrum. In it I can see the Wai Diet, there’s Carol Alt the model, and there is Aajonus Vonderplanitz.

I would like to clarify my opinion that I believe raw food is the optimal food for humans. That raw food for me is raw fruits, raw vegetables, raw nuts, raw eggs, raw milk, raw meat, raw fish. I subscribe to the notion as an engineer problem solver… to do whatever works… and everyone’s needs are different… as long as they are raw and tastes delicious!!!
