This week I decided to try Dr. Kenneth Sutter’s coke liver flush. I just happened to know a local doctor who carried what I thought was Ultra Phos, turned out it was Super Phos. Maybe it’s just a brand name, maybe there is a difference. I checked out the liver flush via Super Phos and it seemed similar enough. I thought I’d just try it just the same as if it were ultra phos. One lucky day, a few weeks ago as my mother in law was clearing the garden, she saw that our neighbor’s atsuete tree had grown over to our side and had lots of ripe atsuete fruit. I saw my brother during this Christmas vacation. Happy to see him I gifted him with a copy of Dr. Henry Bieler’s book Food is your Best Medicine. Also gifted him with a DVD of Food Matters. Bugoy was jolly fat, as fat as I once was in 2001. He doesn’t notice, just like most fat people don’t notice. Someone from the outside must tell you and tell you point blank. He is happy with the progress of his psoriasis, but I was not. I told him I expected him to be totally clean by the end of 2008. In 1994 I was bitten by sandflies in the beaches of Boracay island. I suffered for 2 years of what I recall as leishmaniasis. The dermatologists were of no help then, they injected me with steroids until I got exasperated at the pain. Then I was given topical steroids until it stopped working.
